Shell Oil Company (SOC) is the Houston, Texas based wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell. It is one of leading oil and natural gas producers, natural gas marketers, oil product refiners and marketers and petrochemical manufacturers in the United States. It is a leading oil and gas producer in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.
