Ripley asks Parker how long until the ship blows up once the auto-destruct is activated.  He tells her "If we ain't outta here in 10 minutes we wont need no rocket to fly through space."

 

They need coolant for the shuttle's air support system, Ripley sends her two crewmates to collect as much as they can while she prepares the shuttle. She tells them to get back here in seven minutes.

 

Ripley goes off towards the shuttle.

 

She starts the shuttle launch preparations.

 
The lights come on....

 
The shuttle housing slides back.

 
She opens the communication channels so she can hear what Parker and Lambert are doing.  Jones speaks up and reminds her that he's still on board... "meow".

 
The coolant collecting gets underway.

 
bottle after bottle, as much as they can carry.

 
Parker puts them on the trolley.

 
Ripley goes to look for Jones.  She gets his cat box from a locker.

 
That's the last one from in here.

 
Moving on to the next.

 
She thinks she knows where Jones is.

 
The bottles mount up near the door.

 
Parker asks "How you doing?".  "Fine" Lambert replies.

 
Ripley sees something move.

 
She goes round the other side to see if it's Jones.

 
The chair moves again, she looks closer......

 
Jones leaps out, Ripley screams.

 
"Jones.....God-dammit!"

 
She picks him up, cuddles him and..........

 
Puts him safely into his box.  Jones clearly disagrees with her actions.

 
While collecting bottles from a wall panel......

 
A shadow falls over Lambert.

 
She turns and sees something she's never seen before.

 
Parker sees it too.

 
Ripley hears the panicked cries of Parker and Lambert through the communication lines.

 
The alien stands right before Lambert.

 
"GET OUT OF THE WAY LAMBERT!".  Parker wants a clear shot at the alien, but she's is rooted to the spot in fear.

 
Ripley can hear Lambert's desperate fear-filled cries, she softly calls to them on the comm system but they don't hear her.

 
The alien gets closer and closer to Lambert.

 
Parker makes a run at the creature, but with a swift flick of it's tail it knocks him off his feet, then picks him up and pins him against the wall.

 
Parker's strength is no match for the alien.

 
He struggles to break free, but it's no use.

 
Parker cries out in desperation as the alien prepares to make the final blow.

 
Ripley hurries to her crewmates' location to try to help.

 
The alien easily kills Parker.

 
Then moves back to Lambert.

 
It wraps it's tail around her.

 
She's totally unable to do anything about it.

 
As Ripley runs through the corridors she hears Lamberts cries.

 
She hears one last scream then suddenly there's silence.

 
She gets to where Parker and Lambert were collecting bottles and with a shudder, she finds them......

 
Both dead.
