on the WMRY from Cumberland to Hagerstown. Info and photos of then and now
along the entire 76+ miles of the former WMRY now just a long hiking trail
west of Big Pool. This route has 9 crossings of the Potomac River, 5 tunnels,
and numerous cuts and fills the entire way to Cumberland. This same route
is now being converted into the Western Maryland Rail Trail east of Little
