This page lists a variety of means by which you can contact us on various issues regarding Wikipedia.

• If you want to ask a factual question, such as "how old is the earth?" or "what is the flag of Russia?", you can ask at our Reference desk.
• If you want information about technical issues, or procedures within Wikipedia, you can visit the Village Pump.
• If you want to ask a question about using Wikipedia or editing articles, you can ask at the Help Desk or on the Helpdesk mailing list (by sending an email to helpdesk-l@wikimedia.org).
• If you have problems with the way Wikipedia is designed or want to suggest how to improve this encyclopedia, you can leave your comment at the General Complaints page.

• If you want information about editing a current article, you can learn how to edit a page.
• If you want to report vandalism, you can find information on the Vandalism in progress page. You can also learn how to revert pages.
• If you want an article to be deleted, you can find the procedure information at Articles for deletion.
• If an article has been deleted and you want it undeleted, you can request it at Votes for undeletion.
• If you would like information on a topic that has no article, you can request an article.
• If you need a list of what is not proper encyclopedia material, you can view What Wikipedia is not.

Copyright issues

• If you own the copyright to material which has been used in Wikipedia without your permission, or if you want information on the copyright status of Wikipedia articles, you can visit the Copyrights page.
• If you think a page contains copyrighted material used without permission, you can follow the instructions here.
• If you want permission to use Wikipedia material on your site, you are already allowed to, following the conditions in the GNU Free Documentation License.

Wikipedia users

• If you want to contact other Wikipedians directly, you can use the #wikipedia channel on the IRC server irc.freenode.org.
• If you want to contact the administrators by email, you should use the Mailing lists; if you have a private request, you should use this email address.
• If you want to contact a specific user, you should leave a message on the user's Talk page.
• If you have been blocked from editing, you can contact an Administrator to explain your case.

• If you want to donate to the Foundation or buy items with the Wikipedia logo, you can visit the fundraising page.

Emails to this address will be accessible by Wikimedia's Board of Trustees and those with official positions within the Foundation.
