Is divided in Four Groups according to the Spanish geography and the Autonomous Communities.

- Group 2
- Teams of Cantabria, Euskadi, La Rioja, Castile and Leon and Asturias.
- Group 3
- Teams of Catalonia, Navarre, Land of Valencia and Aragon.
- Group 4
- Teams of Andalusia, Extremadura, Castile La Mancha, Ceuta, Murcia and Melilla.

Is divided in 18 groups. Each Group is to administered by each regional football federation
